An emergency response plan is most essential for every organization or institution so that in case of any emergency situation, you know what to do for saving the property and resources. If you have the plan ready, then the process of evacuation will be much organized and fast. Otherwise, there will be a total chaos, which will be very difficult to control and which may lead to more casualties.

4.    Another important step in your emergency response plan will be to train your employees for dealing with emergency situations. When your employees know what to do in the time of disaster, then it becomes much easier to deal. 5.    Finally, you should remember to go through the plan time to time and keep all the information correct and updated. Particularly, the phone number or contact information might change or there might be something more helpful to add into the list.
